BOOKING RULES FOR ACCOMODATION IN THE VILLAGE AREA/CAMPING AREA

1. With regard to booking and payment of your stay, accommodation runs from the date indicated in the confirmation letter . Accommodation will be available no earlier than 04.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. All lodgings are given to guests in perfect order
2. Advanced payment of a third of the entire sum is required upon booking , and the balance is due upon arrival.
3. Cancellations will be effective if sent by registered letter . You will in that case be entitled to reimbursement of 50% of the advance paid only if the cancellation is received at least 30 days before the beginning of the period of stay. The conditions, however, will be specified on the letter or e-mail that will be sent as confirmation.
4. If a bungalow is vacant for part of the booked period of occupation, due to a delayed arrival or early departure,or for any other reason,unfortnately it will not be possible to obtain a refund or discount.
